Happy Mother's Day to you all. ''Mothers, one of the best human listeners and influences in a persons life''
                                                                                                                             -Nathanael Burks-
''My fellow Americans:
This is a very special weekend in American life, a time specially set aside to honor our mothers and the mothers of our children. As we do, we acknowledge their role as the heart of our families and reinforce our families as the cornerstone of our society.
In our families, and often from our mothers, we first learn about values and eating and the difference between right and wrong. Those of us blessed with loving families draw our confidence from them and the strength we need to face the world. We also first learn at home, and, again, often from our mothers, about the God who will guide us through life.
The mothers we honor this weekend, young or not so young, partners or alone, well-to-do or sometimes agonizingly poor, are as diverse as our varied population. But they share a commitment to future generations and a yearning to improve the world their children will inherit. They shape the America we know today and are now molding the character of our country tomorrow.
Since men seem to have written most of our history books, the role of women and mothers in our communities and families has not always been given its due. But the truth is the wild west could never have been tamed, the vast prairies never plowed, nor God and learning brought to the corners of our continent without the strength, bravery, and influence of our grandmothers, great-grandmothers, and the women who came before them...''
                                                                                                                                                          -Ronald Reagan-
Now back to my normal kind of posts. Yesterday I got to play paint ball for the first time ever,
IT WAS  AWESOME!!! ''It's the best, I love it''. Before
                                                                              After
It was lots of fun, good times. Oh, here is a pic of what I have done on my letter opener so far
Good, not so good, bad, okay? well what do you think? It is not done yet but it is getting there. Now for the 3D fact, did you know 3D printing has spread into the world of clothing with fashion designers experimenting with 3D-printed shoes dresses. In commercial production Nike is using 3D printing to prototype and manufacture the 2012 Vapor Laser Talon football shoe for players of American football, and New Balance is 3D manufacturing custom-fit shoes for athletes. That is all I've got today.

a post this is.

sup' y'all? I am going to start with the fact this time. So, did you know 3D printing is one of the fastest growing markets in the world, already at an estimated $2.2 billion in 2012. I got news my sister just had twins! a boy and a girl how cool is that! that makes me an uncle for the 9th and 10th times, sweet! by the way, ( this is kinda off topic ) Shapeways now has 14k gold as one of its many materials ( at $600 per a cm cubed ). Also, shapeways shared this cool story about a girl named Natasha. I just recently made two new rings, the Love you in elven ring
And the I Love you in star wars basic ring
Nice, right? once again if you need a different ring size just leave a comment on this blog or on the
prouduct at stop-and-shop geeky-props.I must say the coolest thing I have ever seen on Shapeways is the strandabeasts by TheoJensen, here is a video of some of them
Absolutely epic is it not. Well that is all I've got so, so long and thanks for all the fish.

talk

Hello peeps, I hope you all had a good resurrection Sunday ( also called Easter ) I did. My church had a sunrise service and afterwards a huge brunch ( which was absolutely amazing ). When I got home I helped set up an egg hunt for my nieces and nephews ( all ten of them ). After the egg hunt I played several games of battle ship with my younger siblings. Hey, guess what I found on shapeways...A troll face coin awesome!

Also you should check my new page. Did you you know ( this is the weekly fact ); that 3D films have been around since 1915, that is earlier than I would have thought. I just made a page on this blog so you can easily view all my geeky-props' shop products. you can look at the page right over there ---------------}>
I am going to say this again, if anyone has an idea please feel free to comment. Oh, by the way, this is my favorite piano guys video ( Did I mention I love the piano guys )
Excellent is it not. Before I go let me say...ALMOST DONE WITH SCHOOL. okay I'm good now bye.

''Yoohoo big summer blowout''

                                                           ''Yoohoo big summer blowout''
How are you doing readers? It has been a while since I posted so I will try to make this one longer then my usual. Good news people, I am very close to done with the first letter opener. All I need to do is add the handle and blade details then it will be done. By the way, I have a new product idea and I would like some feedback on it. My idea is this, a ''bowl of power'' which is a bowl that is the shape of ring of power from Lord of the rings, with a bottom added so it can hold jewelry or other small stuff. Well? what you think?
I just released a group of new products called the bat trilogy featuring two rings and a pendant available at stop-and-shop geeky-props. here are some 3D images of them,

cool, huh?  If anyone wants a different size ring, simply comment on this post and tell me your size so I can make it for you. Now the weekly fact; did you know NASA has been using 3D printed parts in their space ships and experiments for the past few years? I think that is pretty cool. I can't do long posts, sorry, so happy Easter, and God bless you. ; )

what's going on

Happy April every one. Friday was the day when each of the orchestra classes got judged and advised on their skill (My class was at 3:55 pm). apparently my class did okay on all except are dynamics which is not too terrible. are church had a yard sale last week to raise money for my sister's mission trip to Fogo ( that's in Africa ) and we were able to make over one thousand dollars! Today I decided to draw some pictures using crayons just to see what I could do. these are more like doodles ( my little brother named them ) but here are the results; first we have ''gorilla foot prints''
                                                                  then, ''game system'',

                                                                      ''world of life'',
                                                                 and ''the old trail''
I know they are not very good, but I am working on my drawing skills. Speaking of skills I need more pendant ideas so if you have any I would be glad to hear them. Here is this weeks pendent
FLASH'S LOGO pretty nice eh?I sure like it. This is now buy able at stop-and-shop geeky-props. Hey, I have started reading an old scifi series called Tom Swift.
It was written in the 1910s to the 1930s but I like it. now for the 3D fact of the week; did you know that a version of 3D printing was shown in Jurassic park three when they made the resonating chamber of the velociraptor cool huh? well I got to go now, this is Nathanael Burks, signing off.
